NYC [Day 3]

For our final day in NYC, we saved the best for last! We were planning to check out Central Park on our first day but ran out of time so we tacked it onto our last morning. We got ready, walked around Chelsea for a bit and headed towards Central Park on the Subway. 

We had brunch right off Central Park at Sarabeth's and it was tasty.  Mostly we were just trying to soak up our last few hours of the city before we headed back to our hotel to pick up our luggage, then to Penn Station and finally take our train back to the airport. I would say that Central Park was one of our favorite parts of the city. We only got to explore about a quarter of the park and we were there for 2-3 hours. We picked up a few nyc photos to take home and frame from a street vendor and even watched an impromptu street performance.

Another highlight in Central Park was the Bethesda Fountain! It was so cool to see that in real life after seeing it in movies all these years.

We usually never go to the same place twice in one year, but we LOVED nyc so much {can you tell?!?!?!} that we are heading back at Thanksgiving! We are hoping to see some of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and just enjoy the city at Christmas time.
