No, I am not writing about Y2K. 

It's called C25K aka "Couch to 5k"! Have you heard about it? It is basically a program for people that have never run before to run a 5k without walking.  Since I ran distance running in track&field during my sophomore year in high school {track stars!}, I know that I can run long distances because I have done it before.  Lately, since we got back from Italy I just haven't really felt like exercising, so I decided that I needed a routine of some sort. I had heard from a few people about C25K so I looked it up online, printed out the schedule and downloaded the app for my new iPhone 5.
Anyway, I completed day 1 yesterday {its 3/week} and it was very easy.  Here is a screen shot of the app:
